Hmm... I dont think you should worry about the age gap between you, if love is real then it knows no bounds and all that kind of thing XD sounds naff, but it's true. It can be difficult to keep someone off your mind, but if you are sitting online it this time of night, then maybe you aren't giving your mind enough time to calm down and relax enough to sleep.
Even though it may not seem like there is a chance for you, it is still worth a try. Maybe not right now as he is just getting over someone, and I think someone mentioned legality but you know.. lol sorry I forgot what Iwas going to say at the end of that sentence, thus rendering it somewhat useless.
As for not being able to sleep, have some music on an mp3 or something, not like heavy rock stuff lol something softer, and have it on quietly.. a warm drink might help too. Hope this helps... not so great advice but hey :) xx
