I'm terrified of death and dying one day, but then the next i want to die.

I do not believe my issues are real. I believe its all hormones. My anxiety gets worse and i become paranoid a week before my period. I am fake. I want my brain to stop worrying about the world ending when i'm asleep, or dying. There's no point. This stuff only seems to show up when i'm about to bleed so. Fake.

I thought i would forever feel suicidal. People tell you that your school years are the best years of your life. I don not agree with this. I almost killed myself. But i do wish i did do things in high school because i'm full of regret. It wasn't my fault i was sad. It's not as bad as it was when i was in school, i am a little better, but know i have new struggles. I am still sad. rarely suicidal. It does get better. Somewhat.
