It happens, now you see them getting 'normal' jobs and not pursuing their dreams... Oh cool well done! yeah the audience are with you not against you which you gotta remember, they wanna see a good performance and you having a good time! x

it can take 6 months to a year to build confidence, unfortunately some don't give themselves a chance and get scared, and ultimately, they give up, which is the biggest failure of all. If it happens, just get back up and carry on lol, the show must go on as they say, just be professional and carry on x

I have seen it before lol, it comes with unfamiliarity of being in front of people on a stage, my first gig i ever did i did that, wasn't great but i wanted to make sure i didn't make any mistakes! Now cos i'm more rehearsed up i can focus a bit more on the performance and stuff x

Yeah i'm still learning to be honest, only been doing this for about 2 years but i'm much better now i think, just need to think from their perspective, and what they want to see. Haha well yeah no one pays a band where their guitarists look at their shoes the whole show! I like to see movement and a bit of passion :D x

Yeah they seem to like the lessons too which is good, i think i have a good setup :D LOL it wouldn't happen cos i'm investing in putting some super strong straps on there, they won't break which is good cos i jump around like a maniac when live, haha x

Yes! More money for me too lol. Yeah i would say there's about 2 others who have the same dedication. The rest not quite there yet, lol. haha, don't drop it! x

Well saying that today i took on a new student, he was really keen and sounded like he wanted to do this long-term which i liked :D Erm...maybe lol, by that time i may have got another one so it might be ok lol x

It must be some kind of mental block or attitude they adopt, it saddens me to lose students but i just tell myself it wasn't me that was the reason, if they can't be bothered to learn its not my problem. I can't be in bands with me as the only serious member either, just a waste of time i need everybody pushing for the same thing. You can put it on lol, just don't play it haha x

Yeah loads, i must have had over 100 students now but only 1 has learnt for nearly a year, i don't know if its me or them that is the problem, they need to commit and show some passion! I feel i'm doing all i can to help and motivate, but at the end of the day its down to the student to do it. Its very rewarding when it all pays off yeah, i have one guy who's been with me for about a year and he's doing great! LOL well you can look at it, haha maybe pick it up! x
