About Me
My name is samicide. And I joined just because I enjoy posting on forums. I do not believe I am a "Emo" I don't believe in trying to seperate people with steretypes and sub-cultures. I believe it a better idea to try and find similarities between people as not to create prejudice, hatred or bullying. As such though this says little about me, What would be the point in talking to me if you already knew everything about me?
Favourite Music
I like alot of music. This is again a site called soemo.co.uk so I assume if i put anything other than my faveourite bands are emo bands i will most likely be alienated. So if music means that much to you. You would like many diffrent genres and be able to discuss the influences it has been able to have throughout years. As such i don't want to put my favourite bands. Because unless i put what everyone else has. I will be hated on. So i don't see why i should bother.

I am a professional applications tester and reviewer for large companies.
I've decided to join this site. Already I can see how it rejects certain people. These so called "Emos" Who complain of being victims, bullies, and from abusive homes. Show nothing in the way of psychiatric or even psychological characteristics of these people. They show the characteristics of cults, religous sects. Etc. They seem to believe you must "Look and act" a certain way to be considered an "Emo." Though i do not see these people reaching out to people who want to be "Emo" or who like the idea. They seem to simply look at the people who have completed the "Look" and the musical taste. It seems like it's not a way you can belong to a group of people or a family or even friends. But a way in which you must look and act to be accepted. I am disgusted. I only hope that further research and observation will prove me wrong.
